Acceptance of Terms

• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any future amendments;

Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 555b, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from using the 555b platform in any capacity. 555b reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.

Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 555b platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 555b does not operate in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and does not provide services to residents of restricted territories. By using the platform, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your country of residence or current location.

Mental Capacity

You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when placing bets or making financial transactions on the platform. 555b accepts no liability for decisions made under circumstances that impair a player's judgment.

Not a Compulsive Gambler

You confirm that you are not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion programme and that you have not previously self-excluded from the 555b platform or any other gambling platform in a manner that would preclude your current registration. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 555b platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or linked accounts — whether for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming bonuses multiple times, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

Account Credentials

555b accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials or has shared access with a third party.

Account Currency

All 555b accounts for players in Bangladesh are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The base currency is set at registration and cannot be changed thereafter. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals are processed in BDT.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Minimum Deposit

Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad and Rocket are credited to your 555b account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take up to 60 minutes to reflect in your account balance. Deposit Ownership

555b does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the player.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of available funds at any time subject to the conditions set out in this section. Available funds are defined as the player's real-money balance after deducting any locked bonus funds that have not yet completed their applicable wagering requirements.

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• bKash / Nagad: Typically processed in under 60 seconds following internal approval. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays.
• Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within 5–15 minutes following internal approval.
• Bank Transfer: Processed within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Same-day processing is not guaranteed for bank transfers.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processed within 3–5 business days. Card refunds are subject to the individual card issuer's processing timeline.

Withdrawal Verification

555b reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting updated KYC documents, proof of payment method ownership, or verification of recent account activity. Such checks are conducted in accordance with 555b's AML policy and are applied consistently across all player accounts.

Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the 555b account. Requests to withdraw to a third-party payment account will be declined and may trigger a security review.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on 555b are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, event or game type. General betting rules that apply across all markets on the 555b platform are set out below.

Bet Placement

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation message from the 555b system. Bets that do not receive a system confirmation are not valid and no funds will be deducted from your account in respect of such bets. In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, 555b will investigate and communicate the outcome within 24 hours of the incident being reported.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. 555b reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any market at any time, including in response to unusual betting patterns or significant liability on specific outcomes.

Voided Bets

555b reserves the right to void bets where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred; (b) the event has been cancelled, postponed or interrupted in a manner that affects the integrity of the result; (c) the bet was placed after the official start of the event in question (for pre-match markets); or (d) evidence exists that the bet was placed in bad faith or in coordination with other players to exploit a pricing anomaly.

Cricket Specific Rules

For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and all other cricket markets on 555b, a minimum of the number of overs specified in each individual market description must be completed for bets to stand. If an event is abandoned or reduced by weather or other circumstances before the minimum overs threshold is reached, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play cricket markets are settled based on the official match data feed used by 555b at the time of settlement.

Bonuses & Promotions

555b offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the general rules below and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all deposit match bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus offer is available to one individual player per household, IP address, device and bKash/Nagad/Rocket account number. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts, VPN services or other circumvention methods constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirement has been met in full. Withdrawing real-money funds before completing a bonus wagering requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 555b platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all pending and available balances, and may result in legal action being pursued by 555b:

• Opening, operating or using more than one registered account on the platform;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or verification process;

• Money laundering or any attempt to use the 555b platform for the purpose of processing proceeds of criminal activity;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory or harassing conduct towards 555b staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited without disclosure.

555b monitors account activity continuously. Accounts exhibiting patterns consistent with any of the above behaviours may be suspended pending investigation. 555b will cooperate fully with any relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority in relation to investigations into suspected prohibited conduct.

Responsible Gaming

555b makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will operate without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency downtime may occur with or without prior notice. During any service interruption, 555b will make reasonable efforts to preserve all player account balances and bet records.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 555b's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 555b platform — including but not limited to the 555b brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, website design, text, graphics, data feeds, audio-visual elements and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 555b or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 555b platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or transmit any 555b content; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any 555b software; use any 555b branding or trademarks in any context without prior written authorisation; or create derivative works based on 555b content.

Any unauthorised use of 555b intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

Changes to Terms

555b reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made in response to updates in applicable law, changes in platform functionality, new product launches, or adjustments to operational policies. Material changes will be communicated to all registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the revised Terms come into effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to address a security risk.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at 555b.io/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the 555b platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not accept a revised version of these Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account by contacting [email protected] before the revised Terms take effect. Any remaining balance at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 7.

Governing Language

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the definitive version in all cases. Any translation of these Terms provided for convenience shall not be legally binding. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
